Aeora Terms of Use
Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Applies to the Aeora software for Windows
The free trial
Any household may evaluate Aeora free for 7 days on its own PC. The trial needs no account and no payment details. When it ends, enforcement pauses until a license is entered; nothing is deleted.
Your license
- A purchased license is perpetual: pay once and it is yours, with no renewal and no feature paywall added later.
- It covers your household's own computers and every child profile on them, and includes updates within the purchased major version.
- Licenses are for households, not for resale. You may not redistribute license keys or files, or distribute modified installers.
Intended use
Aeora is a parental control tool for parents and legal guardians managing their own children's computers. Using it to monitor adults without their knowledge and consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is against these terms. The Signals feature exists to keep children safe, not to surveil anyone else.
Refunds
Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase, or open a ticket at xeontech.freshdesk.com, and you will receive a refund. No questions, no hoops.
Downloads and integrity
Download Aeora only from www.xeontech.net. Each release is published with its SHA-256 checksum so you can verify the file you received. We are not responsible for installers obtained anywhere else.
Warranty and liability
Aeora is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. It is a strong safety net, but no software can guarantee a child never sees something they should not; it works best alongside conversation and involvement. XeonTech's total liability for any claim related to Aeora is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
